All about Tracey
I’ve been in the travel trade for over thirty years now, with eighteen of those working for Miles Morgan Travel – as Manager of the Portishead branch, I warmly welcome both brand-new customers and those who’ve been booking with me for over twenty years! I love my job and haven’t looked back since I started out of school – everyday is different and exciting, and the biggest pleasure is knowing that my own travels can help my customers secure the right holiday for them. I can guarantee enthusiastic service, plenty of first-hand travel advice and a vast range of experience.
I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled far and wide across the world, having ticked off a great expanse of the USA, most of the Caribbean islands, the Middle East, the Far East and New Zealand, alongside many European countries too. This has also allowed me to experience a great range of hotels, and sample much of what many major airlines have to offer. More excitingly, though, I’ve had many weird and wonderful experiences: snowmobiling in Lapland for example, or ox-riding in Cambodia. I’ve biked around the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Circuit, taken a Shotover jet boat ride in Queenstown, New Zealand, overnighted in a Bedouin tent in Oman, and fed giant tortoises in Mauritius, to name a few!
Asia will always be a particularly special destination for me. I’ve visited Thailand, Malaysia and Bali, all of which are incredible in their own right – with rich, exotic cultures, stunning landscapes and architecture, alongside the wonderful wildlife, it’s truly a magical part of the world, and one I would never tire of visiting. Closer to home, my favourite will always be the Greek Islands – I’m currently partaking in the challenge of exploring as many as possible. Not only is the scenery unbeatable, the beaches perfect and the weather dazzling, but the people are of one of the friendliest nations I’ve ever come across, who also make spectacular food! With a Greek-island holiday, you really can’t go wrong.
I also have a vast knowledge of all the major cruise lines, with a keen interest in this ever-growing industry: a high percentage of my customers love to cruise for their holidays, both via ocean and river, so I’m more than happy to help new customers find their feet in the cruising world or suggest new options for those who’d like inspiration!
If you’re looking for your next adventure – whether it be finding that idyllic Greek island, or husky-rides in Lapland, or even a world cruise – please do contact me. I’d love to help you with your next holiday.

Thank you for your email - I popped by the shop yesterday but you were busy with customers - I just wanted you to know we had a fantastic week in Crete at the Castello Boutique Hotel! Everything was perfect the staff were amazing, food gorgeous and plentiful and the weather hot and sunny! Thank you once again for the time you spent with us when booking the holiday. I have recommended you to a few people as I thought your service was excellent. We'll be back to book again can't wait for our next holiday!

We had a fantastic time, which exceeded our expectations. It was definitely worth upgrading to Premium Economy on the flights and we had no trouble with the car hire. It feels like we've had more than two weeks away as we saw so much of the state. I had so many fantastic experiences thanks to Tracey sorting it all out. All we need to decide now is where next. Thank you so much for all that you did to put our trip together we couldn't of done it without you and we now have amazing memories and plenty of photos.

It was an amazing trip thanks. Martha's Vineyard is everything I expected it to be from what I'd seen on films (Jaws) and photos. The drive was very easy from Boston down the interstate and onto the ferry. We decided that in future we will probably go back for longer and also see other parts of Cape Cod. The Harbour View Hotel in particular is a very good hotel, for future reference. Excellent location by the shoreline and very smart inside and out.
Just back from Fred Olsen Cruise, Boudicca, Lands End to John O'Groats, our 3rd Cruise and this was by far the best, everything from start to finish was amazing. Picked up from our local town, staff, food, entertainment all amazing, cant wait to go again.

It was amazing, absolutely loved the Atlantis, couldn't ask for more. Would recommend it to anyone. Might be e-mailing you in the coming days about us going back.
It was really good. We had a great time. We had a couple of hick ups but Transindus sorted it out. I would definitely recommend them.
Kind Regards, J
Have recently returned from our holiday in Madeira which you organised through Classic Holidays. Once again, it all went like clockwork and we had a fabulous time. We also appreciated the nice little touches provided, such as a complimentary pass into the lounge at Bristol airport. The service provided by both yourselves and Classic is first class and will continue to use and recommend your services to others.

Everything was wonderful - truly had a marvellous time. From pick up from Chapel Cottage to transfers in Seychelles and Mauritius everything went so smoothly. Travelling Emirates Business Class is the way to do it! Thanks again for all your help. Will be in touch for next holiday

Thanks for your email and we certainly had a lovely time – Sri Lanka is a really beautiful country and well worth taking the time to tour around as much as possible although the last days on the Beach were blissful. The Chauffer Cars worked much better coming back! Back to work for me now to earn some more money for our next adventure.

The hotel was very good, in a great location and the staff were very pleasant, very helpful, but still professional. They looked after me very well, especially the Head Receptionist, Paula Candeias. Flights were good and the private transfers very good. The Faro airport services for disabled people were excellent, unlike Bristol, which I would describe as barely adequate. We used Bristol airport's Checker cars to get to and from home. Outbound OK, but the return disastrous. I would suggest you steer any of your customers away from them. They are a shambles. Thank you for all your help, it made our holiday a good one

Just returned from a fabulous few days in New York. Stayed at the Staybridge Suites which were in a perfect location, not luxurious but very clean with really comfy beds and plenty hot water. A great extra touch was complimentary drinks between 5 and 7 on certain days of the week. We managed to do everything we had planned and more. Lovely weather, all went to plan, all had a great time.

We had a fantastic time in Iceland what a stunning place definitely exceeded our expectations. The only glitch we had was we were booked on a whale watching experience on the last day however there was an optional tour a few days beforehand. Our guide spoke to Regent holidays and they have agreed to refund the cost of that trip as we decided we wanted to go with the group. I spoke to Regent yesterday and they are now arranging. As it happens we did see a hump back whale up close on the trip we went on. Iceland complete who ran the tour were brilliant we couldn't have asked for more. The accommodation and food were excellent. We also walked about 35 miles during our time there. There were 27 people on the tour in total covering 10 nationalities some of which we are keeping in touch with. Ages ranged from 17 to 77. We had so many highlights it's difficult to choose just a couple but these were snowmobiling on the glacier, whale watching, watching a iceberg turn and walking behind a waterfall with a rainbow. Definitely a holiday both Keith and I will remember for many years to come. We just need to decide where to go next! Thanks again for all your work in getting exactly the tour we wanted.

My wife and I recently decided to take a holiday in Italy where we wanted a multi centre visit and decided on Venice , Florence and Rome staying at quality hotels. I called into the Portishead branch of Miles Morgan and linked up with Tracey Murray for guidance. She was very helpful and steered me towards the Classic Collection Holidays brochure. On reviewing the brochure we chose our three hotels and with careful management managed to secure a three nights for the price of four deal on all of them. Having made the decision I returned to the travel agents and Tracey linked up with the Classic collection team and between them sorted out our itinerary. The holiday itself exceeded our expectations and the event went off like a well oiled machine. The rep meeting us in Venice was extremely helpful and took us to our hotel and we were made to feel really special. Nothing was too much trouble. Our transfers to other hotels was equally as pleasing being met by our chauffeurs in Mercedes cars , all of whom were very well dressed and helpful. The hotels were first class and stayed in luxurious surroundings I am a frequent traveller but I cannot recall such a well organised holiday as this one. This is all credit to the travel agency and the Classic collection Team.

Everything was super, we had a fab time. Even the weather on the first two days was not too bad, so no seasickness! I must say, I thought P&O were superb, they certainly know how to get it right.

We will certainly let you know if we are looking for a holiday after such good service we had from you last year, when you organised our special trip to the USA as you know from our grateful thanks everything went according to plan and we were thoroughly impressed with the service we got from you and Miles Morgan. At the moment we are contemplating downsizing and probably moving to Portishead this year so we are not anticipating a big holiday until later in the year but we will certainly let you know when we do.

Holiday was brilliant thanks. Delay on way out meant connection missed in Dubai - but enjoyed time there in 5* hotel! Thanks to your colleague for sorting airport transfer for next day & letting hotel know - all went fine. Unfortunately my email wouldn't work but sent text to Linda who contacted you - so all good!

We had a lovely time, staff were superb, we were luck enough to see Northern Lights 4 times. Due to bad weather we had to come back to Liverpool instead of Avonmouth, however Cruise and Maritime were amazing considering the pressure they were under and everything was sorted . Great Cruise.
