All about Olivia

I’m so excited to introduce myself as the newest apprentice at Miles Morgan Travel! I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the Miles Morgan Travel family and starting my journey in an industry that I have grown up around my whole life.

My love for travel started from a very young age, largely because of my mum, who worked in the travel industry for around 20 years. Thanks to her, I have been lucky enough to experience some amazing holidays with my family.

One place I have visited countless times is Portugal, including a Chinese restaurant called ‘Chef Peking’, also known as ‘The Black Cat’. We have been visiting for over 10 years, and one of my favorite things is that the owners remember us every single time we go!

One of my most unforgettable travel memories was in December 2016, when my parents woke me and my brother up at around 2am to surprise us with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Lapland! We saw Santa, went sledging, made lots of snow angels, had reindeer pull us through the forest and, of course, threw plenty of snowballs at each other! Although I loved Lapland, nowadays I would definitely describe myself as a hot and sunny beach holiday kind of girl!

I’m really looking forward to helping customers find their perfect holiday, whether that’s a relaxing beach escape, a romantic honeymoon, a city break, a history-filled adventure or even a snowy getaway. I believe a holiday doesn’t just start when you arrive at the airport — it starts from the moment you walk out of your front door. I’m excited to help make that whole experience special for customers.

I’m also really excited to travel the world myself, discover new destinations and share my experiences with both customers and my colleagues, hopefully inspiring them to visit some of the amazing places I get to experience along the way!

There are so many places on my travel bucket list, but America is definitely high up there because of the food, huge shopping opportunities and famous sights. I would also absolutely love to visit the Maldives for its beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters! I can’t wait to expand my travel knowledge, discover new destinations, meet lots of lovely people and learn as much as I can from my amazing team at Miles Morgan Travel.
