From my recent visit to see the Viking Jupiter, I think that the main difference from most other ships is that all staterooms have a veranda, so that you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views. All staterooms feel spacious with all the comforts of a fine hotel. They are elegantly designed with soft touch fabrics, a large comfy bed (or twin beds if you prefer) with luxury linens and pillows. Within the stateroom you will appreciate the benefits of free Wi-Fi (with USB ports beside the bed), interactive TV with movies on demand, security safe and hairdryer, a beautifully decorated bathroom with power shower, demisting mirror, heated flooring and bespoke Freyja toiletries. There are 6 categories of Staterooms, Veranda (V), Deluxe Veranda (DV), Penthouse Veranda (PV), Penthouse Junior Suite (PS), Explorer Suite (ES) and Owners Suite (OS). They vary in size from 270 sq ft (Veranda) to 1448 sq ft (Owners Suite).

Penthouse Junior Suite

Features all the benefits of the Penthouse Junior suite PLUS extra-large veranda, well-appointed living room and dining area that seats 4 guests, priority shore excursion reservations 97 days before travel, priority booking of spa treatments 90 days before travel, three priority reservations in each alternative restaurant 90 days before travel.
Owner's Suite
The lavish Owner's Suite is quite simply the best on board. Stunning and spacious, it has been personally designed by Viking's chairman Torstein Hagen.
