In contrast to the natural delights at Keukenhof Park, spend a day exploring Holland's capital, Amsterdam. Take in the attractive architecture and visit the many amazing attractions. Why not join us for a canal cruise on the city’s famous waterways, which allows you to see many sights that are inaccessible by coach. On our five-day tour, we also offer an included visit to The Hague and the charming town of Delft, all making for a delightful Dutch adventure.

Day 1:

Local departure by coach, then to Holland for a three-night stay.

Day 2: Keukenhof Park

Today we have a full-day included visit to Keukenhof Park to see the impressive blooms. Originally a simple kitchen garden filled with vegetables and herbs, Keukenhof Gardens has grown to become the world’s largest flower garden. Each year it is visited by thousands of people who come to see the six million bulbs bloom. Spilling across various themed gardens and four pavilions, Keukenhof is a natural paradise filled with spectacular flower displays, inspirational gardens, blossoming fruit trees, and unique art installations. As you stroll through the fantastic vibrant carpet of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises, lilies and many other flowers, you will have no doubt as to why Keukenhof is widely known as 'The Greatest Flower Show on Earth'. As entrance to the park is included, you can spend the day admiring the exuberant colours of spring, perhaps picking up some tips for your own garden.v

Day 3: Amsterdam

Today we travel to the cosmopolitan capital city of Amsterdam on our full-day included excursion. Amsterdam is a city with something for everyone, from romantic canal cruises and fantastic gastronomic experiences to art, diamonds, shopping, culture, history and much, much more. Spend time admiring the attractive 17th century merchant houses and the floating flower market or simply relax in a canal-side café. To view the city from a different angle, why not join our optional Amsterdam canal cruise, as we sail past many of the famous sights of the capital which are inaccessible by coach.

Please note: Due to locally introduced traffic regulations there will be a walk of at least 30 minutes from the coach drop-off point to the centre of Amsterdam.
