Easily accessible by public transport, you can enjoy a 40-50 train ride through the Buda Highlands - some departures are operated by steam engines on public holidays and there is a museum and interactive exhibit (the line is closed on Mondays Sept through to May).

Day 9-10 - Vienna

Vienna-bound, where you’ll stay for two nights with an included evening orchestral performance of the music of two of the greatest composers, Strauss and Mozart, at the Kursalon Vienna Concert Hall, accompanied by opera singers and ballet dancers. There is free time during the day to when you might like to take in the Spanish Riding School, Schönbrunn and Hofburg Palaces, or wash an apple strudel down with coffee and cream at the famous Café Central.
