Foodies love this hotel. As well as the fancy BLEND Nikkei floating restaurant on the lake, you’ve got Topos – a Greek seafood restaurant – and Gustatio, which specialises in Portuguese cuisine. The pair of bars are worth writing home about, too. The Raw Gastro bar is an elegant joint that specialises in evening cocktails and Champagne. Then there’s the Estrella bar, which serves cool drinks and street food by the pool all day long. Just so you know, during the winter season the hotel might swap access to the Gustatio Restaurant with an alternative dining venue. Plus, the Half Board buffet dinner might be changed to a three-course set menu instead.

Pool

The main pool’s a bit different here – because the bottom is sand, rather than tile. Another two pools complete the outdoor scene. One of them is just for adults, complete with a grown-ups only sunbathing garden.
